So Warming Up Six Times In The Bullpen = Not A Good Thing?

So says Brad Lidge:

“Put it this way, before the All-Star Game, it was feeling a little, maybe like I had a tiny bit of tendinitis in there, not bad,” Lidge said. “If I would have just thrown regular at the All-Star Game . . . it probably would have gone away, because I had the other 3 days off over the break. But that didn’t allow it to recover . . . It didn’t help it at all. I don’t want to say the All-Star Game caused it to be bad, but obviously it didn’t help it.”

Thank you Clint Hurdle! You sir, suck!  Maybe it was his devious plan to try and take out a Phillie.  Or maybe Hurdle just wasn’t thinking…yeah, that seems right.
