Screw Team USA, Team Canada is where all the action is, and where all the controversy ensues. Seems Sammy Dalembert, the Sixers super-duper center, has left Team Canada. Or was he told to leave by the coach? We report, you decide:
It is unclear whether Canadian coach Leo Rautins gave the 76ers’ starting center marching [...]

No comment on this score:
The skirmishes of the first six games boiled over with 9 minutes, 9 seconds left in the third quarter, with Boston already leading 51-28, when Rondo got the ball on a breakaway in the third quarter and had only Marvin Williams to beat.
Yes, they won 99-65 and held the Atlanta Hawks [...]

The man just attempted a ‘comeback’ with the Golden State Warriors, signing at the beginning of February, and now he’s going back into retirement. It’s due to his bum knee. He realized he couldn’t, you know move or jump, and the Warriors didn’t really have much use for a basketball player that can’t play anymore. [...]

Yes, everybody’s favorite ‘6′ footer is once again going to the All-Star game…and this time it’s for the Western Conference:
Iverson rallied to pass Houston’s Tracy McGrady in the final weeks of voting to earn his first start since moving to the Western Conference early last season. He started seven straight All-Star games while playing for [...]

They’re the only team in the Atlantic Division that actually makes me think the Sixers might end up in last place. Last night your New York Knicks lost to the Boston Celtics 104-59. And what did our main man Stephon Marbury have to say?
“Of course I am embarrassed. We lost by nearly 50 [...]

I previously commented on Team Canada’s win in the FIBA tourney (which decides who gets a spot in the Olympics) being powered by Sixers Center Samuel Dalembert. Well, thats still true, and Team Canada definitely follows in the foosteps of their lone NBA player. And Sammy laid a big egg against USA Basketball, [...]

Team Canada’s lone NBA player Sam Dalembert led the way down the stretch for their first win in the FIBA Americas tourney:
Dalembert and Anderson staged a co-coming out party in an 80-73 victory over Venezuela at the Thomas and Mack Centre. Canada improved to 1-1 in the tournament and faces the U.S. Virgin Islands today.
